City of MacArthur hit with second plague, blinding flies which take away ability to speak

By Dominick D’Agostino | City of MacArthur, Cameron County

The City of MacArthur has been struck by disaster once again.

While the poisonous frogs have finally been taken care of, a new plague has hit the city due to insufficient funding for parks and recreation.

The city is now littered with dead cows which continue to rot and attract flies which cause their victims temporary blindness and the inability to speak within city limits.

There is currently no solution for this issue, and the disease is easily transferable, meaning that if eye contact is made with the infected or if verbal communication is exchanged with the infected, you yourself contract the disease. This issue could prove very harmful to nearby cities and counties if many citizens contract the disease and spread it abroad.

The solution will first have to deal with the cows, which must be disposed of before the flies will go away. All citizens near MacArthur should be wary of moving around the city and may want to seek alternate paths.

Until appropriate funds can be allocated to parks and recreation, there will be no end to the flies. There is currently no other information known about the creatures, other than the fact that they like the decaying cow carcasses.

Once again, tread carefully and be wary, for until the flies have been dealt with, any citizen could become infected.
